About the Project The premier waterfront development site in Old Town Alexandria

The 3.22 acre waterfront parcel is bordered by Duke, Union, and Wolfe streets. Robinson Landing will be developed into a mixed use residential community featuring 26 elevator townhomes and 70 luxury condominiums with design that blends historic Old Town with the new waterfront plan. Along the waterfront, a 20ft-wide grand public promenade will be constructed with a lawn and water feature. In addition to the new shops, restaurants, townhomes, and condominiums, the revitalized pier will be upgraded to include a seasonal café, seating areas, public space with art and performance spaces, and boat docks. This new community will reflect the waterfront's working past while carrying it forward into a new era.
