Over 100 years of history has been reborn into an award-winning adaptive reuse community comprised of 90 new townhomes and courtyard homes alongside historic condos. Situated within walking distance of Forest Glen Metro station, EYA's new homes at National Park Seminary feature English Tudor, Spanish Mission, and Arts & Crafts style exteriors designed to complement the distinctive architectural styles of the historic structures on the site. Completed in 2014.

Monument Place in Arlington, VA is situated in a prime location along Fort Meyer Drive and adjacent to the Iwo Jima Memorial. With stunning views of the Potomac River and Arlington landmarks, this stately collection of 17 elevator townhomes was completed in 2003.

Located at 13th and V Streets, walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, and the U Street Metro, Harrison Square is the redevelopment of the old Children's Hospital site in Northwest Washington D.C. Located across the street from Strathmore/Grosvenor Metro in North Bethesda, Strathmore Park features 60 luxury condominium units in a unique setting with 13 acres that back up to Rock Creek Park. Strathmore Park offers luxurious one-level living with up to 2,600 square feet with easy access to the downtown Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville, and major commuter routes.

The project was developed in partnership with the Alexandria Redevelopment & Housing Authority (ARHA) as part of a 379 unit, $148 million project that transformed more than 25 acres of Alexandria between 2008 and 2015.

Little Falls Place

Bethesda, MD

Located in sought-after Bethesda MD, Little Falls Place features 30 elevator townhomes that are admired for their distinctive modern architectural design and expansive rooftop terraces. Adjacent to the Capital Crescent Trail and Little Falls Parkway, the homes were completed in 2015.
