All interior square footages listed are approximate and are calculated by the architect in accordance with ANSI Z765-2003, American National Standard for Single-Family Residential Buildings, Square Footage – Method for Calculating.  This is an overall  measurement of the conditioned envelope, including walls, chases and other unoccupiable areas measured at floor level to the exterior finished surface of the outside wall or from the centerlines between the homes, where appropriate.  Areas of both stair tread and landings proceeding to the floor below is included in the finished area of the floor from which the stairs descend, not to exceed the area of the opening in the floor.  Garage space/outdoor deck and terrace areas are not included in this calculation.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.  You consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts in Delaware or the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in all questions and controversies arising out of Your use of this Site, or any disputes or interaction with EYA involving this Site.
